Unassembled kit or custom build

The keyboard can be delivered unassembled as a kit, or as a custom pre-built to your specifications.

What's included in the kit?

The kit comes with the case/enclosure, brass weight and accent trim piece, one pcb of your choice (ISO or ANSI), plate (aluminum or POM), platefoam, casefoam, gaskets and screws. Delivered in a carrying case.

What is a pre-built keyboard?

With the pre-built choice, the keyboard is assembled for you - ready to use. After you complete your purchase, we'll reach out to you to discuss your preferred configuration: 

Top mount or gasket mount? Aluminum or POM plate? With foam or without? Tuned and lubricated stabilizers? Tape mod or any other modifications?

No need to know anything about keyboard building or jargon. Just share your preferences, and together we’ll figure out the perfect build in terms of feel, sound, and more.

Switches can also be lubricated upon request, but this service has an additional cost.

With the custom pre-built keyboard, optional switches, stabilizers and Back to Basic R2 keycaps are included. As a bonus, a tool kit is also included.

Shipping

The consignment will be shipped from Norway. Shipping fees are calculated at check-out and paid up front. We ship to most countries in Europe, US/Canada, and some countries in Asia. If your country is not listed in the drop-down at checkout, please submit a request (via the contact-form or the chat), and we will make every effort to work it out.

Taxes and customs fees

Value-added tax (VAT) is included for orders placed within Norway. If ordering from outside Norway, Norwegian VAT (25% of the fee) is deducted from the price at check-out. Please note that VAT and customs fees for international orders are not collected by us and will be settled upon arrival in the destination country. We strongly encourage you to check which rules and regulations apply for importing goods into your country, including any applicable VAT/taxes and customs duties.
 

Quality control standards

We uphold strict quality control standards to ensure a premium product.
The anodization and surface finish are expected to be flawless, with no visible imperfections on the exterior of the case.

Non-Acceptable Defects (Eligible for refund) 
- Dents, cracks, or scratches >5mm that penetrate the surface treatment.  
- Defective or non-functional PCB or daughterboard.
- Other major defects that affect the keyboard's functionality.

Acceptable Variations (Not eligible for refund)
- Hanger marks on the interior of the case.  

Warranty and support

A one-year warranty is provided for the PCB and daughterboard, valid from the date of purchase.
Support, available through on-site chat, email, or Teams, is offered without any limitations and is entirely free of charge.
