Terms and conditions

**About iNVINTIX:**

The company is based in Tromsø. The company's mailing address is Karl Halls Road 20. If you wish to get in touch with us, you can send us a message via the contact form with your inquiry and contact information, and we will get back to you shortly.

**Ordering:**

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will include information about the product(s), price, billing, and delivery address. If there are any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately (reply to the email sent to you).

**Delivery:**

Our standard delivery times are 1-5 days. Note that weekend orders will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday. In the case of delayed delivery (without prior notice of longer delivery times), please contact us via the contact form.

**Prices:**

All prices in the online store are listed in NOK and converted to other currencies. Prizes in foreign currencies are dependent on the current exchanges rate (and may vary over time).
Prices do not include value-added tax rates applicable to countries other than Norway. If you make a purchase from outside Norway, you must account for additional taxes and customs fees in accordance with the tax rates specific to your country.
We reserve the right to change/adjust prices due to supplier price changes, price list errors, or incorrect pricing due to incorrect information.

**Right of Withdrawal:**

When you purchase goods online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the moment you receive the ordered item. When using your right of withdrawal, you must inform us. The notice should be sent via email to [email protected]. The email should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the product(s) being returned. You should return the products to us immediately and within the 14-day withdrawal period. You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund that corresponds to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product (for used or damaged products).

**Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:**

- Products where the seal has been broken by you.

- Custom-made products that are tailored to your preferences. This includes pre-built keyboards.

- Services that have been completed and for which you have explicitly consented to the service being performed without the right of withdrawal.

**Complaints and Claims:**

All products undergo strict quality control before delivery. If the product is damaged or incorrectly sent upon arrival, we are committed, in accordance with applicable law, to rectify the issue at no cost to you. For anodized and painted aluminum parts (e.g., keyboard cases), minor marks from hanging are always expected. These marks occur on the inside of the case and are not visible once the keyboard is fully assembled. Therefore, hanging marks are approved in quality control, and such marks do not provide grounds for complaints. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be made immediately after the defect is discovered.

**How to proceed with a complaint:**

Any errors or defects should always be reported to us (via the contact form or e-mail), providing your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect. If we cannot rectify the defect or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable law. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints. We reserve the right to deny complaints if it turns out that the product is not damaged, defective, or similar, in accordance with applicable law.

**Limitation of Liability:**

We are not responsible for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. We are not responsible for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.

**Product Information:**

We reserve the right for any printing errors in the online store and sold-out products at the time of ordering. We cannot guarantee that the images perfectly represent the products, as variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. Our aim is to depict the products as accurately as we can. Anodized aluminum parts, like keyboard cases, are especially challenging to photograph accurately due to their reflective nature and sensitivity to light temperature.

Disputes about the interpretation or application of these general terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law.
