ᛐᚱᛁᚴᛁᛌᚴᛁᛓ

Drekiskip is designed in Norway. It's name is is derived from Old Norse language. Drekiskip means dragonship - a longship from the Viking Age with a carved dragons head in the prow. The dragons head was supposed to mark the king's status and power.

Drekiskip is designed in a characteristic shape which, seen in profile, is reminiscent of a Viking-ship

The name is engraved in short-twig runes, a variant of the runic alphabet from the Younger Futhark, also known as "the alphabet of norsemen". This form of writing flourished in Scandinavia during the Viking Age from the ninth to the twelfth century.

The runes thus become a subtle reminder of the rich history that Drekiskip symbolizes, and a tribute to the last original Scandinavian written language.

Relive the charm of the 80s and 90s with a retro-inspired form factor.

A compact 75% layout with 83 keys provides a balance between size and functionality.

Adapted for the Nordic & European languages, Drekiskip comes with ISO layout only.

Top and bottom case made in 6063 anodized aluminum - for exclusivity, strength and style.

Plate with screwless mounting in a 24x gasket design (gasket mount & force break).

Brass weight - for stability, sturdiness and muted acoustics.

With engraving of a dragon's head inspired by the Norse Níðhöggr.
